The in-hand trail clinic given by these two which I attended with my long yearling Andalusian colt was not only informative, but they made it fun, too!

What I enjoyed most was that it was great to engage my horse's mind and to learn from two knowledgeable, patient and encouraging instructors like these gals. Anna and Melanie are both friendly and impart a sense of humor, but also constructively assist you in looking at a potential issue from more than just your 'own' point of view.

Both ladies are active in the horse industry and are competent in about any given situation - I can't imagine that there is anything either one of them couldn't handle.

I also have to add they treated each horse as an individual, helping to instill confidence in both handler and horse when needed.

Melanie and Anna helped make my yearling Andalusian filly one of the bravest horses I've ever known! At baby-bootcamp they introduced her to llamas, donkey, geese, and goats. They worked with her for short periods several times a day. They gently and effectively taught her to be respectful of humans, while maintaining her personal dignity. I highly recommend both Anna and Melanie as trainers for horses of all ages.
