My life at Armada Bay
Jane Roberts' Testimonial
"Two years ago, I asked Melanie Smith Breidt to help me find the right horse for me to purchase. She did her job with excellence and even though Jasmine was not the horse I thought I wanted, I trusted Melanie and brought this horse to live at Armada Bay.
Armada Bay is not a large barn, but big enough to find friends to ride with, for the horses to have room to roam and to live in a herd. It is a place where most people know your name and who your horse is, and where everyone looks out for one another and the horses.
The barn and arenas are always clean. There is a large arena, a dressage arena, a round pen and an indoor arena for inclement weather. Behind the barn is a lovely pasture with a small pond and water crossing to practice for trail rides.
I have taken lessons with Melanie for over a year now. She is a Master Trainer and a wonderful, patient teacher. I ride Western and English and am learning as many different skills as I can. The philosophy of natural horsemanship is embodied at Armada Bay and the horses and riders both thrive.
I feel that my horse and I are part of a family. All my cares fade away as I drive through the entrance and transport myself into horse heaven.""
